Then CCBN users integrated management system are introduced with CCBN will reception system, expounds the CCBN user management system with CCBN reception system, the relationship between clear CCBN live will receive system positioning and system requirements of the system.Then system elaborated the CCBN live will receive system design and system implementation, focus on the application software interface design, system implementation process, key process control and data table design data operation safety control method. Finally, the developed system is summarized and prospect.

2022年5月27日，第二十八届中国国际广播电视信息网络展览会（CCBN）于北京隆重召开！在主题报告会上，中国广电董事长宋起柱、副总经理曾庆军都做了主题演讲。两位领导在演讲中分享了中国广电在广电5G近期的进展和对未来的规划。其中，宋起柱董事长提到，中国广电对“边建设、边运营”方案进行细化完善，将有序实施192号段全国放号商用。曾庆军副总经理提到，中国广电在开发测试具备5G广播业务的APP。

一.宋起柱董事长发言
5月27日上午，中国广电董事长宋起柱在主题报告会上做了以《建强广电网络 引领数智时代》为题的主题演讲。众视Tech我根据演讲内容简单梳理了以下演讲重点。
1、成立7周年
5月28日，CCBN大会第二天，中国广播电视网络有限公司也将迎来成立七周年。
7年前，中国广电应中央网络强国、三网融合战略而生，肩负起推动全国有线电视网络整合发展的 历史 重任。7年后，在“全国有线电视网络整合和广电5G建设一体化发展”方针的指引和推动下，我国广电网络行业已经迈上新赛道，开启新征程。
2、关于广电5G
通过共建共享快速建设极简5G新网络。宋起柱董事长表示，共建共享是广电5G补齐短板、快速起步的优选方案，我们将深化共建共享战略合作，建设一张极简化的5G网络，尽快实现广电5G网络的全国覆盖。目前，我们已经与中国移动签署共建共享协议，制定了两年内实现网络全覆盖的建设计划，完成了设备选型和技术测试，正在按计划推进广电5G 700MHz网络建设，同时对“边建设、边运营”方案进行细化完善，将有序实施192号段全国放号商用。
3、“有线+5G”&“电视+宽带+5G+直播卫星+X”
广电网络将充分发挥“有线+5G”传播优势，深度参与各地融媒体生产、制作、存储、分发等各个环节的融合创新，合力构建 “5G+4K/8K+AI”媒体传播新格局。
智慧生活离不开智慧宽带网络。宋起柱董事长提出，中国广电将把基于有线和5G的宽带业务作为战略性基础业务，以此为基础，创新发展宽带电视、智慧家庭等业务，打造“电视+宽带+5G+直播卫星+X”的全融合业务体系，不断提升广电宽带业务的质量和用户规模，促进固移用户的相互转化，稳步提升广电网络的市场份额。
4、“杀手锏”5G NR广播
中国广电将积极构建“智慧广电+公共服务”模式，以实际行动担当好 社会 责任。
加快推进5G NR广播电视系统建设，使之成为广电网络差异化服务的杀手锏。积极参与新时代文明实践中心、融媒体中心（平台）建设，高标准实施智慧广电固边、智慧广电乡村（城镇）、民族地区有线高清交互数字电视机顶盒推广普及、应急广播、国家文化大数据体系等重点工程项目，推动城乡公共服务协调发展。服务乡村振兴战略，积极参与电信普遍服务，推动有线网络和广电5G向边远地区延伸覆盖。同时，我们还将紧跟“一带一路”战略布局，走出去拓展海外智慧广电网络建设、平台运营和技术服务市场。
在演讲最后宋起柱表示，广电网络的转型突围已经到了爬坡过坎、滚石上山的紧要关口。中国广电要强化“融入中心、服务大局”的站位意识，坚持“摸着石头过河”的改革方法论，践行“开放融合”的发展理念。
二.曾庆军副总经理发言
5月27日下午，中国广电副总经理曾庆军做了以《中国广电5G广播建设》为主题的演讲。演讲一开始，曾总就回答了一个问题：做5G广播的必要性是什么？（了解演讲全部内容可点击：《中国广电曾庆军：5G NR广播业务与APP建设情况》）
曾庆军表示，无论是宽带，还是窄带，当在一个基站的用户群多时，这个信道的竞争和碰撞时不可避免的，将会带来效率的下降，因此在这种情况下，广播就有它突出的优势。另外，虽然5G的带宽很宽，但是用户的应用带宽也是无止境的。这两者的矛盾就要求我们在有限的无线信道里，如何利用高效的技术来分发更多的内容，因此，广播不但不是过时的技术，在5G，还有将来的6G里面都是非常必要的。
1、5G广播是什么？
5G NR广播便可采用单播、组播及广播的方式，利用移动蜂窝基站和广播电视发射塔，向各种类智能终端提供新型交互化的视频广播服务和融合信息服务。
优势包括：实现动态且无缝的切换单播或广播服务；业务形态灵活，支持传统电视频道广播和新型交互化视频广播服务，也支持融合信息广播服务；广泛适配各类型5G标准通用终端；能够在5G通用终端上深度连续覆盖各种场景；基于“Free-to-Air”和无SIM卡模式，5G广播更将能实现跨运营商的通用5G终端接收等。
2、参与国际国内5G广播标准制定
自2022年起，中国广电积极地与国内外合作方共同参与了新标准的议题制定，当年下半年成功的在3GPP对5G广播和多播进行了立项。目前，中国广电已牵头了数十项文稿和提案的制定，逐步打通了整个5G广播的框架和技术实施规格。
通过一年多在业内合作伙伴的帮助下，世界范围内数十家单位中国广电一道共同完成了5G广播标准化的主要工作。除了3GPP外，中国广电也积极推动标准，在参与了如工信部的互联互通标准工作组，以及中国通信标准化协会等国内组织，也将在国内框架下完成国内的标准制定工作。同时，中国广电也加入了国际电信联盟广播组，正积极地推动相关工作，将把中国广电业的新想法分享给世界业者。
从去年年底到今年1月份，中国广电在北京进行了5G NR广播测试工作，通过动态使用700MHz的一部分带宽，经过大小塔以5G的方式发射电视信号，继而手机既可以接收蜂窝网信号，也可接收电视塔信号。
3、有序推进5G NR广播测试验证工作
针对现阶段的旧版本手机终端的，届时需要进行软件的升级。曾庆军表示，到北京冬奥会时，中国广电将要推出可实现5G广播场景的700MHz网络，用户可通过持续的软件升级以满足应用需要。无论是终端还是基站，届时都能够顺利到达第二阶段，另外在冬奥会之前也会适时推出一些新版本的商用手机，无需再更新手机的软件。
广电5G将实现“网络+平台+产品+运营”的协同建设，利用5G蜂窝网与电视塔的组合推进5G广播服务，建立统一的运营平台（涵盖内容、播控及运营三大平台），丰富广播产品（含5G NR广播、应急广播、特定场景专属APP等）以实现对用户5G手机通用终端的接收。
4、5G广播的场景应用
在统筹规划5G报告建设中，5G广播的未来总体目标主要为三方面：
1）建设电视塔和蜂窝基站的混合覆盖，建成协同发展的5G广播网；
2）打造传统广播电视频道广播服务、新型交互化视频广播服务、融合信息广播服务；
3）持续打造高效、敏捷的网络运营和运维能力。
据悉，中国广电也在开发测试具备5G广播业务的APP，其涵盖了丰富的视频资源，涉及如直播频道、VR视频、360度全场景视频、互动视频等，特别是其支持免流量观看直播频道节目，能为用户带来更好的视频体验。
