2）How to Keep Healthy 如何体持健康
Nowadays more and more people are concerned about their health, but how to keep healthy? First, it is necessary to take some exercise every day. Research shows that getting plenty of exercise makes the heart beat faster and the lungs work harder. Second, eat more fruits, vegetables and less meat. Third, getting rid of bad habits like smoking and drinking is also an important way to keep healthy. Smoking and alcohol drinking injure one's health a great deal, and therefore should be given up. 3）Advantages and Disadvantages of the Mobile Phone （使用手机好处和坏处）

　　北京时间8月11日，2008年北京奥运会跳水比赛继续在水立方进行，在男子双人十米台的比赛中，中国选手林跃/火亮以468.18分的成绩夺得冠军，这也是中国体育代表团在本届奥运会上夺取的第七枚金牌。

火亮出生于1989年，7岁开始练习体操，9岁时被上海跳水队教练胡燕挑中，改练跳水。半年后的1999年全国少年比赛，火亮即夺得十米台亚军。
2001年九运会，火亮与队友唐韶韵配合夺得十米台双人赛第五名，由此进入国家队师从孙淑伟教练。经过孙教练的细心调教，火亮在2002年德国世青赛夺得十米台冠军。
但是2004年初，火亮却因为伤病回到上海队。经过胡燕教练的指导，火亮在十运会上再度闪亮，排在田亮和胡佳之后夺得铜牌。
从2006年3月火亮先后参加了国际跳水大奖赛四站比赛，夺得5次第一；其中单人项目两次夺冠。4月的珠海站，火亮取代队友张宸，与林跃开始配合参加双人十米台角逐，一举夺冠。之后，两人又连续在加拿大、美国大奖赛和常熟世界杯、全国锦标赛摘得男子十米台双人冠军。
